Do you have to be a first-responder or an athlete to be a member?

Of course not. SFB is for everyone! We are all busy in life and finding balance between we have to accomplish and taking care of ourselves is our mission—-no matter what.

What if I’m ____________?

The answer is YES. Dietary restriction? No problem. Animal loving-vegan? No problem. If you feel like you have an impossible circumstance preventing you from reaching your goals, we will find a way to help you.

What is online coaching?

Without adding much to your list of things to do, we meet on a weekly basis to go over what is or isn’t working for your lifestyle in order to reach your goals. SFB offers a wide variety of options and coaching techniques to teach you to make better decisions towards your health and fitness goals.

What makes SFB Nutrition different from other coaches?

Honestly, probably nothing. Any reputable coach, who is certified by a reputable company like PN or NCSF (like our coaches are), is going to give you a no-bullsh*t plan of action. It really comes down to who you are going to trust and listen to. Time is money and we don’t have enough of either to waste. What’s the secret to losing weight fast?

There isn’t a secret. It’s patience, consistency, and time. You didn’t gain 20 lbs in a day, therefore you won’t lose it in a day. Good news is, you never should feel victim to your circumstances. Instead, together we will find ways to make those circumstances work to your benefit.

Do I actually need a nutrition coach?

Is what you’re doing on your own working for you? Schedule that consultation.

How long do I need to commit to?

Generally speaking, it definitely depends on your goals but it really matters on how much you learn from us in order to make these decisions on your own for the future. SFB offers three different commitment plans 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. This is because there will be a phase with lifestyle and first-responder clients that we will be figuring out what works for you (about 2 weeks) then giving it some time to see progress.

Can I just buy a meal plan?

Meal plans are wonderful but for them to be truly effective they not only require a ton of willpower to stay committed to but they require quite a bit of adjusting and evaluation. Strict meal plans are also ideal for competitive athletes in weight-restricted sports. Lifestyle clients have the option to have a meal plan built for them along with coaching.
